PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting fixture capable of easily and surely obtaining ground of a metallic reflecting plate of the lighting fixture covered with an insulation coating film, and to provide a manufacturing method of the same. SOLUTION: The lighting fixture includes the metallic reflecting plate 10 of the lighting fixture with a first prepared screw-hole covered with the insulation coating film, a metallic lighting fixture body 20 with a second prepared screw hole to be fitted to the metallic reflecting plate 10 of the lighting fixture, and a metallic screw thread 30 capable of tapping which has a shaft part with an external thread ridge to tap the prepared screw-holes and a head part having a larger diameter than that of the prepared screw-holes. By the external thread screw ridge of the shaft part of the metallic screw thread capable of tapping, an internal thread ridge is formed in the first prepared screw-hole, and then made to be crushed so that the metallic screw thread 30 capable of tapping is brought to an idling condition. Further, the external thread ridge of the shaft part of the metallic screw thread capable of tapping forms an internal thread ridge in the second prepared screw-hole to abut and fix the metallic screw thread 30 capable of tapping so that the metallic reflecting plate 10 of the lighting fixture is fitted to the metallic lighting fixture body 20.
