PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the stability of an oscillating pile driving/extracting machine by improving the machine to lower the center of gravity thereof during the pile driving/extracting operations. SOLUTION: An exciter 12 is mounted on a feeding mechanism 10. These devices allow a driven pile 1 to extend therethrough at the center parts. The feeding mechanism 10 can pinch and press the driven pile 1 between a fixed roll 13 and a pressing roll 14. These rolls 13, 14 are rotated to feed the driven pile 1 downward (or upward). The driven pile is intruded into a ground (or extracted from the ground) by receiving a feeding force from the rolls and receiving vibration from the exciter 12. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
