<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe joint high in connecting reliability and easy in the confirmation of connection to a pipe. <P>SOLUTION: The joint is for inserting a pipe in a joint body for connection in which a space between the inner peripheral face of the joint body and the outer peripheral face of the pipe is sealed by an O-ring, and includes a push-in ring disposed at the inner peripheral part of the joint body and pressed and inserted by a tip of the pipe, an O-ring disposed at a rear part of the push-in ring, a pressing ring abutting on a rear part of the O-ring and urged in the push-in direction of the O-ring, and a lock member positioned at the outer peripheral side of the pipe. When the push-in ring is pressed and advanced by the insertion of the pipe, the O-ring is accordingly pressed by the pressing ring and advanced. In a state that the pipe is not connected yet, a clearance for water leakage is formed between the inner peripheral face of the joint body and the O-ring. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
