<p>A piezoceramics pump for an electronic product and CPU radiating and cooling system includes a pump body (11) having a basin shape, a liquid inlet pipe (111) and a liquid outlet pipe (112) respectively communicated with an inner cavity of the pump body, a pump cover (17), a check valve and a piezoceramics energy conversion sheet (16); the inner cavity of the pump body includes a liquid inlet cavity (115) and a liquid outlet cavity (114), a valve seat disc (13) is installed in the inner cavity of the pump body, a liquid inlet valve opening (134) communicated with the liquid inlet cavity (115) and a liquid outlet valve opening (131) communicated with the liquid outlet cavity (114) are provided on the valve seat disc (13); the check valve includes two cantilever valves (12, 14), one end of each cantilever valve is respectively fixed to a position far away from the liquid inlet valve opening (134) and the liquid outlet valve opening (131), and the other end respectively covers below the liquid inlet valve opening (134) and on the liquid outlet valve opening (131), a silica gel elastic film is attached to the surface of the cantilever valves contacting with the liquid inlet valve opening (134) or the liquid outlet valve opening (131), when the cantilever valves contact with the plane of the valve openings, the valve openings are in a closed state; a waterproof and insulating seal ring (15) is sleeved around the outer circumference of the valve seat disc (13), and the piezoceramics energy conversion sheet (16) is assembled between the seal ring (15) and the pump cover (17).</p> |
