<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means to reduce bitterness originating from alcohol without greatly changing a designed quality in an alcoholic beverage. <P>SOLUTION: A small amount of a fruit juice which represents not a fruit juice normally distributed on the market but the fruit juice manufactured by preserving a fruit juice at a high temperature of≥100°C under normal atmospheric pressure for a long period of≥30 minutes to the alcoholic beverage is added. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
