The device (5) has a shaft (8) operatively connected with a drive engine (2), and another shaft and a third shaft (9, 10) operatively coupled with wheels (6, 7) of driven vehicle axle (4). The former shaft is operatively connected with the latter and the third shafts by fourth, fifth and sixth shafts (11-13) of a differential drive (14). The fifth and sixth shafts are coupled with an adjusting device (16) that adjusts torque of the drive engine for adjusting differential speed between the latter, third and the fourth shafts.
