ARRANGEMENT DETERMINATION DEVICE AND ARRANGEMENT DETERMINATION PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an arrangement determination device and arrangement determination program for determining an optimal arrangement of sections of crew members and optimum schedules for crew members on the basis of traffic volume (train schedule) after returning the existing arrangement places of crew member sections to the original conditions and making all of the arrangement places of the crew member sections new.

SOLUTION: The arrangement determination device 100 includes: a data acquiring part 111 for acquiring data determined by at least starting points and end terminals; a candidate acquiring part 112 for acquiring candidates from the starting points and the terminals; a coefficient acquiring part 113 for acquiring a coefficient to be multiplied by each variable for calculating a cost evaluation value; a schedule enumerating part 114 for enumerating schedules that have the same starting points and the same terminals for each candidate among schedules obtained by combining the data; an evaluation function generating part 115 for generating an evaluation function including the variable multiplied by the coefficient; and a calculating part 117 for calculating a variable having the minimum evaluation value on the basis of the valuation function.
