PURPOSE: A swash plate type compressor capable of improving a performance coefficient is provided to reduce discharging resistance of the refrigerant stuck in a discharge lead and to reduce power consumption. CONSTITUTION: A swash plate type compressor comprises a cylinder block(10), a front housing(20), a rear housing(30), a driving shaft(40), and a valve assembly(60). The cylinder block comprises a plurality of cylinder bores(13). The front housing is united with the cylinder block and forms a crank-case(21).
