<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a method for controlling hybrid construction machinery. <P>SOLUTION: This system includes: a mode detecting means 60 for detecting a working mode of an engine 10; a torque detecting means 70 for detecting the output torque of the hydraulic pump 13 necessary for the drive of a hydraulic actuator 15; a memory 40 which stores lower-limit and upper-limit standards of engine torque set in each working mode of the engine 10; and a hybrid control means 50 which compares the output torque of the hydraulic pump 13, detected by the torque detecting means 70, with the lower-limit and upper-limit standards set depending on the working mode detected by the mode detecting means 60, which controls power generation of a motor-generator 17 so that a load can be applied to the engine 10 by an unattained amount when the output torque of the hydraulic pump 13 does not reach the lower-limit standard, and which controls the motor operation of the motor-generator 17 so that the output of the engine 10 can be assisted by excess, when the output torque of the hydraulic pump 13 exceeds the upper-limit standard. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
