<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biological sensing device for a vehicle, which sets the stable reference potential of a sensor, regardless of the base material of a seat, and detects a precise sensor signal without being affected by noise. <P>SOLUTION: The biological sensing device for a vehicle includes: a biological electric signal detecting unit for detecting the biological electric signal of an occupant seated on a vehicle seat; a first ground signal detecting unit for detecting a first ground signal expressing the potential of the occupant; a second ground signal detecting unit for detecting a second ground signal expressing the ground potential of the vehicle; a noise removing unit for removing the noise to be superimposed on the first ground signal by using the first and second ground signals; and a signal processing unit for processing the biological electric signal with the first ground signal after noise removal as a reference potential signal, and obtaining biological information on the occupant.
