PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an asphalt pavement waste regenerating device capable of utilizing effectively exhaust gas heat from a deodorizing furnace while restraining a device cost. SOLUTION: The deodorizing furnace 2 is arranged in an exhaust duct 8 downstream of a dryer 1 for heating an asphalt pavement waste, the deodorizing furnace 2 includes a burner 15 for maintaining a furnace inside at a high temperature, the burner 15 is connected to one end of a branch duct 21 provided by branching an exhaust duct 13 in a deodorizing furnace 2 downstream, and one part of high-temperature exhaust gas drawn out from the deodorizing furnace 2 is supplied as combustion air for the burner 15. An exhauster 22, an outside air introducing port 23 and an oxygen densitometer 24 are provided in the midway of the branch duct 21, and an opening of the outside air introducing port 23 is regulated in response to an oxygen concentration in the branch duct 21 detected by the oxygen densitometer 24, to regulate an oxygen concentration in the exhaust gas supplied as the combustion air to the burner 15 of the deodorizing furnace 2.
