The invention relates to a method for producing composite materials, comprising a foamed thermoplastic carrier as a first layer and polyurethane (PUR) as a second layer, wherein the resulting composite materials are characterized by improved foam adhesion, wherein (i) a foamed polycarbonate molding compound is produced with the injection molding method using chemical or physical foaming methods, and (ii) the polyurethane reaction system is applied thereon and is allowed to fully cure. The invention further relates to the composite systems produced according to said method, and to the use thereof as a component, particularly in the automotive industry. |
