PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive sheet with a receiving member in which attaching work of the receiving member is easy and stable attaching strength can be secured, and which is excellent in productivity and performance. SOLUTION: The adhesive sheet 1 with a receiving member includes an adhesive sheet 2 and a receiving member 3. A punched part 4 which penetrates from a front surface to a back surface is formed in the adhesive sheet 2, and an accessory receiving part 8 of the receiving member 3 is inserted in the punched part 4 so as not to slip out with a vertical drop-out prevention part 9. By attaching a back surface of the adhesive sheet 2 to an article W to be attached with adhesive strength in that state, the adhesive sheet 1 can be surely attached while completed as a final article.
