PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To deter the inclination of an operation lever unintended by a user. SOLUTION: In this joystick device 1, the operation lever 2 which can be inclined in a plurality of directions and is provided so that the operation lever 2 can be pushed in a shaft direction is disposed in an intersection of a plurality of slits 5A-5D formed along inclination directions of the operation lever. In the joystick device, elastic members 10 abutting on the operation lever 2 when the operation lever 2 is positioned in the intersection portion of the plurality of slits 5A-5D are provided in the plurality of slits 5A-5D, respectively.
