PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intraoral imaging device achieving improved sanitary effect. SOLUTION: The intraoral imaging device includes a probe body 1 and an oral cavity insertion portion 2 mounted detachably on the distal side of the probe body 1. An enlarged diameter portion 23 having a diameter larger than that of the distal side of the oral cavity insertion portion 2 is formed on the proximal side of the oral cavity insertion portion 2. A finger rest portion 24 is formed on the distal side of the enlarged diameter portion 23 of the oral cavity insertion portion. A probe connecting portion 25 is formed on the proximal side of the enlarged diameter portion. The probe connecting portion 25 and the distal side of the probe body 1 are connected.
