<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that there is no simulator which reproduces radiowave propagation environment where an operation test of radio equipment which requires, for operation thereof, setting by a beacon or a LAN, GPS information, information from radio broadcasting etc., can be performed. <P>SOLUTION: In the simulator to which a plurality of pieces of radio equipment can be connected, and which simulates the radiowave propagation environment between the pieces of radio equipment, the simulator is provided with: a virtual propagation path which reproduces propagation characteristics between the plurality of pieces of radio equipment; and a signal generation circuit which generates a signal for operation including virtually created information to be used for a simulating operation of the radio equipment to be connected.
