Disclosed is a pipe-heating device. The pipe-heating device is one whereby the configuration of pipe-heating devices can be simplified and the production process for the same can be carried out in a straightforward fashion, being a pipe-heating device which covers pipelines and heats pipelines and which comprises: an inner sheet for covering a pipeline such that one surface faces the outer surface of the pipeline; heating wires distributed on the other surface of the inner sheet; a heat-retaining pad which is laminated on the other surface of the inner sheet and retains the heat radiated from the heating wires; and stitchwork whereby the heating wires are secured to the inner sheet or the heat-retaining pad. |
