<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-contact IC label with an optical function that is provided with an OVD visually presenting the optical effect and is capable of performing contactless data transmission and reception to/from an external device, and that can serve as an IC label for forgery prevention that is capable of perfectly disabling a communication function by surely fracturing a label substrate and cutting an antenna of a non-contact IC medium when the label is removed. <P>SOLUTION: The non-contact IC label with an optical function includes, on a principal surface of a transparent label substrate 1, an OVD function layer 2 that visually presents the optical effect and has electrical conductivity, a conductive layer 3 having an impedance control part for functioning as an antenna for an IC chip 4, and an insulation layer 9 for capacitance coupling of the OVD function layer and the conductive layer, wherein a V-shaped cut is provided in a peripheral position of the impedance control part, and a stopping part is provided in an end part of the V-shaped cut. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
