<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve suppression of contamination of an exposure part and sufficient transferability in a device using a proximity exposure system and a cleaner-less system. <P>SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus includes a photoreceptor for forming a latent image by exposure, an exposure device that arranges a plurality of light emission parts along the longitudinal direction of the photoreceptor, is arranged so that the closest distance to the photoreceptor is 10-5000 μm, and exposes the photoreceptor, a developing device that develops the latent image of the photoreceptor with a developer and simultaneously collects the developer remaining on the photoreceptor, and a transfer device for transferring a developed developer image to a transferring object. The absolute value of an average charge amount of the developer after the developer image is formed on the photoreceptor under an environment of 27°C/70%RH is 50-90 μC/g, and the contact angle of the surface of the photoreceptor with respect to pure water is 90° or more and less than 180°. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
