PURPOSE: A high flow chlorine resistance polyamide composite film and a producing method thereof are provided to synthesize a diamine compound containing a specific hydroxy group and having a high yield and high purity. CONSTITUTION: A high flow chlorine resistance polyamide composite film comprises the following: a porous supporting body; and a polyamide layer obtained by interfacial polymerizing an organic solution containing a cross linker amine reactive compound with a cross linker amine aqueous solution. The amine aqueous solution contains an N,N`-dihydroxymethyl diamine compound marked with chemical formula 1.
