CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition contains makeup cosmetics containing coated powder and liquid phase cosmetics containing moisturizer. The makeup cosmetics is a powder, skin cover or emulsion cake. The coated powder is a powder by watery repellency coating and hydrophilic formulation of liquid phase. The powder contains spherical powder and is contained in 30 weight% or more. The spherical powder contains polymethylmethacrylate(PMMA), polyurethane(PU), polymethylsilsequioxane(PMSQ), nylon, silica or mixture thereof.
