PURPOSE:To provide a tension adjustment device for a web in a hybrid type high speed printer, in which the torque fluctuation of a printing drum is not transmitted over a plate making section by simple structure, a plate making process is carried out normally and the tension of the web can be kept automatically within a set value. CONSTITUTION:The carrying means 2 of a web 1 composed of an original sheet and a feeding means 3 receiving the web 1 from the carrying means 2 and feeding the web 1 to the clamper 6 of a printing drum are provided, the feeding means 3 forms the sag of the web 1 between both means by speed difference with the carrying means 2 when the web 1 is fed to the clamper 6 of the printing drum, and a pair of rollers giving the web 1 specified tension between the carrying means and the printing drum 4 when the printing drum 4 is turned is provided. |
