PURPOSE: An automatic inspecting device for a bearing sleeve vision outer tube of a vehicle and an inspecting method are provided to classify faults according to protruding, scratch and pinhole. CONSTITUTION: An automatic inspecting device for a bearing sleeve vision outer tube of a vehicle comprises a tongue alignment part(1), an image capture zone(2), a camera(3), a camera housing(4), and a conveyor(5). The tongue alignment part comprises a guide installed at both sides of belt to control the width. The image capture zone captures image with the illumination flowing in a check field. The camera inspects the burr of tongue. The conveyor is installed in an inspection domain.
