FOLDING PERGOLA FOR SHADING AND RAIN PROTECTION

Subject: folding pergola for shading and rain protection. Constitution: environmentally-friendly wooden construction, awning (fig.5) in varying colours and framework 1 bearing pairs of supports 1A & 1B with the 1A being higher than the 1B for giving to the pergola the required inclination; said supports are interconnected via horizontal girders 1&Ggr; whereto there are adapted rolling guides 2 of the rollers 7. Each rolling mechanism is composed of two bases 4 assisting the adaptation of the base 6 to the rollers 7. The positioning of the girders 3 is in conformity to the inclination created by the girders 1&Ggr; and the distance between them is defined by the height of the profile of each girder 3 multiplied by two (height x 2) so that the contracting awning 9 does not protrude from the girders 3.
