PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a notification device which functions even when power failure occurs in a disaster without making it necessary to exchange or change vending machines already installed all over the country in the case of installing a notification device in the vending machine. SOLUTION: A notification unit 1 is fixed to the upper part of the vending machine 9 by installing the vending machine 9 from the both sides by a fixing part 4, and people around is notified of disaster information from a notification part 3. The disaster information is acquired from local CATV broadcasting. A necessary power is supplied by switching a solar panel 5, a battery for charging the power and a commercial power source.
