PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving device for a convertible top, which dispenses with an adjusting work when mounted on a vehicle, simplifies a structure and improves appearance. SOLUTION: This convertible top 10 includes a bent link 22 constituted by relatively rotatably connecting a first link piece 22A pivotally supported on a rear side frame 16 side and a second link piece 22B pivotally supported on a rear end bow 17 side. The rear end bow 17 is separated from a back glass 52 by bending the bent link 22 by the driving force of driving parts 25 and 26 mounted in a vehicle body, and the rear end bow 17 is pressed on the back glass 52 by linearly extending the bent link 22, on a low side of the rear side frame 16. In this constitution, three functions of extending of a hood 11, fixing and holding of the rear end of the hood 11 and securing of the sealing property of the rear end of the hood 11 are simultaneously achieved by one operation to change the bent link 22 from a bent attitude to the extended attitude.
