PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optimize power consumption while achieving calculation processing acceleration and high-speed data transmission on a node architecture using a component with a power consumption-adjusting function. SOLUTION: A cooperation control means analyzes received identification information of an opposite-side node, a frame size and a data transmission request including a parameter similar to a transmission rate and determines: a connection means between components, and between the component and a data transmission processing means for transmitting data to another node; and an operating states of the component in accordance with an analysis result. The determined connection means is used to perform the connection between the components and between the component and the data transmission means and based on the operating state, power consumption of a component with a power consumption adjusting function is adjusted.
