PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user-friendly lather net which can make finely-textured lather and easily squeeze the foamed lather and a manufacturing method of the same. SOLUTION: The lather net 1 is formed in a substantially triangle shape with a long net sheet material of many layers of nets and used for washing the face and the body with lathery soap. The lather net 1 includes a storage space 2a for putting a soap inside, a pocket part 2 formed with an insertion part 2b made by folding back the marginal part of an opening, a lather part 3 which is a rectangular extension of the rest of the marginal part of the insertion part 2b which is the marginal part of the opening of the pocket 2 and a suspension part 4 attached with a ring-like string (ring string) in one end of the pocket part 2.
