The sense amplifier is for reading cell data with decreased power consumption and delay time not by using an equalizing pulse. The sense amplifier comprises a voltage shifter sense amplifier(1st S/A) for amplifying voltage level difference of bit and bit bar signals and shifting the voltage level of bit and bit bar signals, a cross coupled sense amplifier(2nd S/A) for latching output signals of the voltage shifter sense amplifier and for amplifying voltage level difference of the signals, and a current mirror sense amplifier(3rd S/A) for amplifying output signals of the cross coupled sense amplifier.
