PURPOSE: A producing method of salt containing an elvan component is provided to remove the bitter taste and foreign materials from the salt generated by a brine process. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of salt containing an elvan component comprises the following steps: preparing bay salt and elvan boiled water; spraying the elvan boiled water to the bay salt to remove the bitter taste; inserting the bay salt into a yellow soil container, and roasting for 7~8hours at 600~800deg C; firstly spraying the elvan boiled water to the obtained salt containing the elvan component; and secondly spraying the elvan boiled water to the obtained salt containing the elvan component, and drying. |
