PURPOSE: A shoulder band is provided, which can alleviate shoulder pain by relaxing shoulder fatigue and promoting blood circulation. CONSTITUTION: A shoulder band comprises: a pressure pad(2) partitioned into both sides; and a fixing band(4) which is integrally formed in the pressure pad. To the respectively partitioned pressure pad, a loop(5a) and an adjustment band(5) are detachably connected while being adjusted in the length thereof. The pressure pad is rolled so that the shoulder can be inserted.
