PURPOSE: A dredging method using a grab bucket is provided to reduce construction costs by continuously performing an opening and closing work and a lifting work of a grab bucket. CONSTITUTION: A dredging method using a grab bucket is as follows. A grab bucket is opened and is placed on a bottom surface. The grab bucket is gradually closed and excavates the bottom surface. The grab bucket is gradually descended using a support rope coupled to the grab bucket. The closed grab bucket is lifted up using the support rope.
