The device has a small flow water turbine (2) built into a water feed line behind a water meter. The turbine utilizes pressure ratios of consumed water and converts into electrical power over a generator, where the power is delivered into a battery (3). The water turbine is utilized for generation and storage of the power. The turbine gives kinetic energy to the generator with a low-speed engine shaft. A locking and pressure regulating valve (1) controls upstream pressure in the device. Another locking and pressure regulating valve (4) controls reproduction of downstream pressure.
