<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exactly limit an area in which a broadcast receiver 21 for both a broadcast wave and an internet broadcasting looks at and listen to the internet broadcasting, even if the broadcast receiver 21 doesn't retain any information about a concrete broadcasting object region with respect to each broadcasting station, when the area for looking at and listening to the internet broadcasting is limited to the broadcasting object region specified in the law with respect to a broadcasting station of a distribution source of the internet broadcasting. <P>SOLUTION: A signal level of a broadcast wave from a broadcasting station tuned by a user is obtained (S51). It is determined whether the signal level is more than a predetermined value or not (S52). If the signal level is more than the predetermined value (S52YES), a selected station is specified from a current position and a received frequency of the selected station (S54).
