PURPOSE: A system for observing groundwater quality is provided to minimize power consumption of mobile communication modem. CONSTITUTION: A system for observing water quality comprises: a communication part which is possible to communicate with a mobile communication network; a sensing part which senses required parameter for measuring quality; and a controller which transfer the result of water quality to the communication part and control. A method for observing groundwater quality comprises: a step of measuring water quality; a step of discerning whether the water quality is out of standard; and a step of transferring quality result to manager if the water quality is out of the standard. |
