摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel versatile and quick method of high sensitivity and high precision for measuring an adsorption ability of a peptide or a protein on a material surface. SOLUTION: The present invention provides (1) a method of adsorbing the peptide or the protein to be detected or/and determined quantitatively, by decomposing the sample such as the peptide or the protein adsorbed on a substrate to determine quantitatively an amino acid, after removing the unadsorbed peptide or protein by washing when necessary, and (2) the adsorption ability measuring method for detecting or/and measuring adsorptiveness of the sample using fluorescence, by coupling a fluorescent nano particle (Q-dot) with the optional sample, by adsorbing the fluorescent nano particle-coupled sample onto a substrate surface layer, and by detecting and/or measuring an adsorbed mixture of the sample and the fluorescent nano particle.
