PURPOSE: A power device of an apartment house for safe electric supply is provided to control an electrical connection state by a password, thereby preventing electric shock. CONSTITUTION: A reference password is inputted based on a password input mode button(32) and a plurality of input buttons(31). A confirmation password is inputted based on a on/off mode button(33) and a plurality of number input button. If the confirmation password and the reference password accords, a control unit(50) converts the password into a selected on mode or an off-mode by controlling a switch unit(60). The control unit forcibly offs a switch unit by an interception signal of a sensor unit.
