A method for treatment of patients with chronic renal disease of the II-III degree with lesions of the gastroduodenal segment by prescribing of basic treatment, namely: anticoagulants, antiplatelets, 1-2 antibiotics, corticosteroids,antisecretory drugs and/or preparations of colloidal bismuth are prescribed to a patient and additionally Mukogen cytoprotector 1 tabl.(100 mg) 3 times a day is prescriber for 30 minutes before meals during 6 weeks, which aids to improve quality and shorten the duration of treatment.
