PURPOSE: A system, a server and a method for providing prepaid accounting are provided to supply reliable prepaid accounting service to a prepaid subscriber by adopting a subtraction en block and a real-time subtraction. CONSTITUTION: A balance manager(410) confirms the use-available balance of a terminal which uses a service in a communication network, and a balance comparator(430) compares service usage fare with the balance. If the balance is over the service usage fare, a charging processor(450) subtracts the balance in real time. If the service usage fare is not a fixed charge, the balance comparison unit processes the preset basic service usage fare as the service usage fare. |
