PURPOSE: A method and a system for performing a conference using a communication network are provided to participate in a conference without respect to predetermined conference time, thereby increasing a participation rate. CONSTITUTION: A member database unit(112) stores information about at least one member. A notice unit(114) enables members to post opinions. A notice information storage unit(116) stores information about the posted opinions. A transmitting unit(118) transmits a notification message of posting information storage to the members. A proposing member terminal posts an agenda on an online conference bulletin board server(110) by a proposing member.
