摘要 PURPOSE: A producing method of a natural seasoning is provided to prevent the problems caused by using chemical seasonings, and to offer the taste and the flavor of aged black garlic and ginseng. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a natural seasoning comprises the following steps: mixing 50~60% of dried anchovy with 40~50% of purified water, and double boiling to obtain an anchovy extract; mixing 50~60% of dried tangle weed with 40~50% of purified water, and double boiling to obtain a tangle weed extract; obtaining a smoked skipjack tuna extract, an aged black garlic extract, and a ginseng extract; filtering and cooling the extracts; mixing the extracts with 10~20% of soy sauce and 5~10% of bay salt, and adding 10~15wt% of purified water before boiling; and filtering, cooling, and sterilizing the mixture.
