The jacket (G) has two abdominal elements (EA) extended from a dorsal element (ED) and forming a belt. The dorsal and abdominal elements are independently provided with rear and front inflation chambers (CAr, CAv), respectively. The chambers are independently connected to a breathable gas cylinder (B) for allowing independent inflation of the dorsal element and the abdominal elements by injection of gas. The chambers communicate with each other via ducts (3a, 3b) for allowing passage of gas from one chamber to the other chamber. The rear chamber has draining units (Pu) to deflate the chambers.
