PURPOSE: By supplying the power which is half-wave rectified to the auxiliary power the energy saving system of the switching mode power supply outputs the stable auxiliary power output voltage. CONSTITUTION: An EMI(Electromagnetic Interference) filter(110) attenuates the electro-magnetic interference noise of the input power source. The AC power detector(120) senses the size of the output power outputted in the FMI filter. According to the AC power detector is the size of the detected output power as described above, the switching control signal is outputted.
