PURPOSE: A grinding wheel is provided to prevent a workpiece from being smeared with thermosetting epoxy resin because the thermosetting epoxy resin melts during grinding. CONSTITUTION: A grinding wheel comprises a sandpaper assembly(20), a hub wheel(30), and disc-shaped long fiber nonwoven fabric(40). The sandpaper assembly is assembled out of a plurality of sandpapers(10) overlapped in the circumferential direction. The hub wheel is installed in the sandpaper assembly. The disc-shaped long fiber nonwoven fabric having a hollow portion is attached to the top of the sandpaper assembly with thermosetting epoxy resin.
