PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling device that prevents the occurrence of failure in a heat-generating part or the like while preventing entry of foreign matters such as muddy water, dust, powder dust, iron powder and iron sand by sucking and attracting the foreign matters by a simple configuration with a filter and a magnet.SOLUTION: A device cools a heat-generating part by a forcibly circulated fluid. In order to cool a spacing between adjacent windings of an inner stator 4 of an in-wheel motor 1 and (heat-generating part) between an outer rotor 7 and the inner stator 4 by forcibly-circulated air, a mesh filter 18 and a permanent magnet 19 are provided on/in a hole 14a being an air outlet. |
