COLLABORATION DOCUMENT CREATE TECHNIQUE WITH LINKAGE INSTANT MESSENGER TO WIKI

摘要

PURPOSE: An instant message and wiki cooperative generating technique for automatically converting an IM contents into a WiKi-type collaboration document are provided to automatically store the contents of the instant message by connecting the instant messenger. CONSTITUTION: A messenger text extractor(32) converts the conversation contents of the instant messenger in the form of a storage format XML. A word extractor(33) extracts nouns from the transformed messenger text. The extracted nouns are stored in the temporary repository. A Wiki document writer(34) applies a document template stored in a collaboration document database. The meta information and the text are out written automatically as the collaboration document.
