PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent unnecessary radio waves generated in a case housing an electronic component.SOLUTION: Based on wavelength λof the unnecessary radio wave generated in the case 20, a resistive film 31 is arranged, inside a semiconductor chip 30 housed in the case 20, at a position of λ'/4 (λ' is a wavelength of a radio wave propagating in the semiconductor chip 30) from a metal film 40 arranged on the bottom surface side of the semiconductor chip. Thereby the semiconductor chip 30 acts as a λ/4 type radio waves absorber to prevent generation of the unnecessary radio waves in the case 20. |
