The communication device includes an information acquisition unit for obtaining, in an M2M application network, attribute information about service control, said attribute information comprising information of servers permitted to be accessed and/or information of bearers and resources of limited operability; and a processing unit for performing, after obtaining a service request transmitted by a terminal, control of the service request according to the obtained service control attribute information. The technical solutions of the present invention can enhance network security.
