PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device including a logical circuit constituted of an organic transistor or the like, wherein the circuit characteristic can be improved.SOLUTION: The semiconductor device includes the logical circuit having a driver transistor (PTD) and a load transistor (PTL). An active layer of the driver transistor is constituted of a first p-type organic semiconductor layer (5D), an active layer of the load transistor is constituted of a second p-type organic semiconductor layer (5L), and a threshold voltage (VthL) of the load transistor is higher than a threshold voltage (VthD) of the driver transistor. The threshold values are changed by changing the film thicknesses of the p-type organic semiconductors (5D, 5L). The threshold values are changed by changing the materials of the p-type organic semiconductors (5D, 5L). A donor is contained in the first p-type organic semiconductor layer (5D); and an acceptor is contained in the second p-type organic semiconductor layer (5L). The characteristic of the logical circuit can be improved by the construction. |
