A height-adjustable manhole structure and the construction method thereof are provided to make a worker adjust a difference in height quickly and conveniently as much as the risen height at overlay pavement work for a road surface, and to adjust a difference in height by installing a height compensation ring and a height adjustment ring as much as the risen height of a road surface. A height-adjustable manhole structure comprises a manhole body(110) installed to the upper part of a slab connected with water and sewage pipes and provided with a hollow on the inside, a height adjustment ring(120) settled on the top of the manhole body, a height compensation ring(130) settled on provided with a hanging projection(112) on the inner circumference of an opening of the manhole, and a manhole cover(140) installed to make the bottom to be settled on the height compensation ring and the top to have the similar or same height to the surface of the height adjustment ring. |
